(Phone calls will not be answered during our busy season)You will receive an email when your order is complete and ready to be picked up or delivered.  You can check the status of your order by clicking the tab My Account and checking your Order History. 
• Please count at least 20 business days for your order to be ready.
• SCHOOL PICKUP: Please check your school page to see if your particular school has a pick up at school option- Check your school page for exact dates and times. Check for updates on delivery schedules. SHIP TO SCHOOL ORDERS RECEIVED IN AUGUST NOT WILL BE SHIPPED YOUR SCHOOL UNTIL AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER OR THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER.
