ATTENTION TO ALL CUSTOMERS

  • Most orders placed in August and September are not ready- check order status on your order history. Your order status will change from PROCESSING to READY (for Pickup or Delivery) once your order is complete. You will also be sent an email. Please do not call or send an email.
  • Exchanges must be done in person instore- we cannot check our inventory to see if we have your size
  • Orders to be picked up at Monioutlet can be paid on pickup.
  • Home Delivery and School pickup orders must be secured by INTERAC payment or credit card only (no debit card accepted).You will be charged when your order is prepared.
  • Please check if your school offers school pickup.
