- Your order is charged when we prepare your order for delivery or when you come to pick up your order at MONI and not when you place your order.
- Please email us at monioutlet@gmail.com for any questions or concerns. (Phone calls will may not be answered). You will receive an email when your order is complete and ready to be picked up or delivered.
- You can check the status of your order by clicking the tab My Account and checking your Order History.
- Please count at least 10 business days for your order to be ready.
- SCHOOL PICKUP: Please check your school page to see if your particular school has a pick up at school option.
